Echos of the Soul: Harnessing Quiet Ancestral Wisdom
This week we're looking at a spiritual sketch that came from a reading and the universal message memory has intelligence. If you place a cup of water with an image underneath and then freeze it, it will actually create the image upon which it sits. Water has memory, it holds energy, and in that study, where they placed the water upon an image and froze it and then the water created the image upon which it sat, it also used interpretation, so it wasn't always carbon copy of what it was on top of the image, it was on top of. It used interpretation, flipped things around. I'll add the link here, if I can, so you can see what I'm talking about, and this study was very interesting. But what this made me think of, or what this study brought up, or how I find this relates to the message of this week, is that, just like water, our energy has memory, ancestral memory, ancestral intelligence and wisdom. The reason I bring this up today is I don't know you tell me how you feel, but I've been feeling like like there is a tornado of information, or a tornado of thoughts and feelings and opinions, or a tornado of stimuli, and the faster it swirls and the bigger it gets, and the more advanced we get technologically, the more information gets put into that tornado that swirls around us and it becomes harder to anchor, it becomes harder to see forward in front of you, it becomes harder to listen deeply and it becomes harder to discern the truth, to discern what's right. The saying change is the only constant in life is one of my favorites, and the only thing we can count on is that that things will change, because things grow and growth is change. The only time things stop growing is when they die. So change is good, growth is good. Not always easy, not always pleasant, but it is good. Not always easy, not always pleasant, but it is good. But as we grow, as we learn, as we change, we have a little gift and that's the echo of our ancestors wisdom within us.
When I do intuitive readings, one of the things I look at is past lives. We look at a few past lives of the soul, the person I'm talking to, and I always say to them it's not you know, this isn't like, it's not like you're Cleopatra or you know Joan of Arc or you know King Henry VIII, like no one, it's. Who cares about that? Like, how are you going to use that in your life today? No one, it doesn't matter. You know it doesn't matter if your name was George or Henry or Susie, it doesn't, no one cares. That's not going to help you. What's going to help you, and the reason why I look at it, is that your soul has memory. Your soul gains wisdom.
If you believe, which I do, in this recycling of the soul in order to gain more and more wisdom, do you get to enlightenment? Do you get to moksha? Do you get to liberation? Do you get to enlightenment? Do you get to moksha? Do you get to liberation? Do you come back to the sea of light in which we originated from but took this journey to learn the human experience, then your soul has messages for you, and so what I ask is what are the most important messages that your soul has learned in the past that it wants you to call upon now? What is your soul telling you? To remember and to pull forward and to embrace and to embody.
This image of a woman, or the outline of a woman very rough outline, nice spiritual sketches is echoed by women behind her, a pack of wisdom at the ready when she needs it. This image is all of us. But how do you hear it? How do you get in touch with that wisdom? How do you get rid of the fear and doubt to know that that wisdom is there, that that wisdom is there and it comes with taking shelter from the storm, taking yourself out of the tornado, eliminating the distractions, anchoring down into your cellar in the quiet where it's just you. And once you get quiet, once the noise settles, the volume on your soul's wisdom starts to turn up. It's inevitable.
I firmly believe that we are all balls of light wrapped in lessons called skin and organs and bones and all that other stuff. But the outfit that we wear, our skin suit over our ball of light, is the problem. The mind that conducts the body to move and explore this earth and this life is the problem. It's not a problem, but it is the problem. Like a million-piece puzzle. Right, there's nothing wrong with the puzzle, it's a million pieces. There's nothing wrong with that Putting it together, that's a problem. A problem to be solved. But it's a problem Pulling back the layers of fear and doubt and anxiety and anger.
And once you do do that, once you sit with yourself and you're alone and all those layers of emotion and thought which are not originally a part of your light melt away, then all you're left with is love, love and light. All else goes away. Experience that. That is the truth. Love, light, trust, faith, hope, connection, all those aspects of love. That's who we are at our core. That is the truth and everything else is just an obstruction. To connect to that. It's a challenge attached to a lesson, to connect to your light. So, however you're feeling now and in these past few weeks, whatever's swirling around you in the weeks to come, be still. Remember your light, get quiet and allow the wisdom of your ancestors to guide you, wisdom of your ancestors to guide you.
