What is your SUPERPOWER?: Vulnerablilty

This week's image is of a woman standing naked facing the sun cresting the ocean horizon. She stands without any protective layers. Arms open by her sides palms facing forward to receive the light of the sun.

What is your super power? Do you have one? Have you ever thought of it?

The message of vulnerability, as a force, has been coming forward a lot lately and specifically wanted to come forward this week.

Often we hide and protect our vulnerability. Somewhere along the line we are taught that our vulnerability is a weakness or something that needs hiding.

The message that has been coming up a lot lately is that of the complete opposite.

Vulnerability is an access point to our light. To our energetic and unfaltering strength. Vulnerability often includes honesty, lack of ego, love, truth. I’ll tell you a secret. - where you are vulnerable is where your super power lies. It is the access point to your inner strength.

So how do you find it? Taking a deep dive into what you are protecting. Now and historically. What and where are you covering up? Is it your voice through some sort of artistic expression? Is it the way you geek out over science? Is it your passion to spaz out and dance? Is it your need for equality and truth? Is it your want and need to see and be seen on a soul level? Is it your perceived weakness that drives you to help others observe theirs? Is it your massive capacity to love and feel? What do you protect? What happens when you stand naked, unobstructed bearing your superpower to the world. Knowing that whatever it comes up against - it will only get stronger the more you have FAITH in it.

Vulnerability is light. The more you allow it to grow the stronger it gets. So feed it. Light is LOVE and LOVE will always trump fear.

If you can, sit with this today. Meditate on where you protect yourself now and historically.

Journal about when you first started to cover up and protect this part of yourself and why. Then meditate and journal envisioning you standing in your vulnerability strong, filled with light and let it grow. What happens?

Big Buckets of Love,

Till next week.

Shine. ON!
